Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lindsey Gurk gear as much as we do, but if your order isn't quite right, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
